These are the same services you can book at the best rates under our DJ and packages, with the same top-quality equipment and service. You can choose these a-la-carte, or ask for a custom quote. Pricing and availability is subject to change, depending on the date and time of your event. Here are the typical services and pricing for prime-time events:
Uplighting
Transform the look and feel of your reception with our up lighting. As one of the first companies in Tulsa to incorporate this, we are highly experienced in creating an unforgettable atmosphere at any venue. This is much easier and budget-friendly than taking on the decoration yourself, plus the lights can be customized to mach your wedding colors, or any other color or your choice. The lights can also go to the beat of the music, and provide fantastic lighting effects for the dancing portion of your reception.
Each add-on includes: 4 LED Lights customized to your wedding colors, thanks to wireless DMX technology. These lights are also available in white, and battery operated, to avoid the messy look of wires.
Pin Spots
Pin Spots are the perfect way to highlight your cake, center pieces and table decor. These lights are wireless and battery operated, plus they use a magnetized base that allows us to put them virtually anywhere, so you don't see cables or much more than the gorgeous effect on the tables.
Each add-on includes: 4 pin spots fixtures.
Fog Machine
Dynamic bursts of fog that enhance lighting effects and amplify the energy on the dance floor, adding depth, drama, and excitement to every beat drop.
Ceremony Sound & Music
With this add-on, we provide you with a second sound system for your ceremony, to eliminate downtime between ceremony and reception. We will take care of all the music downloads, miking the minister, and mixing all the music live so that you don't have to wait for a whole song to play, or run out of music before the next part of the procession. We will also provide you with an extra mic for a reader or musician, if requested. If you have more than one musician, we recommend adding our Musicians' Amplification add-on.
Cocktail Hour Sound System
A dedicated sound system with an independent music feed, allowing a separate playlist for cocktail hour or overflow spaces—ensuring seamless ambiance throughout your venue.
Custom Monogram or Wall Patterns Gobo
This Light will display your Names, Initials, Date, a Custom Monogram matching your invitations, or an original design. Our team of designers will create the gobo design for you, and our DJs will set them up to project on the dance floor, over the cake table, and on any other surface of your preference.
Gobos are also great for creating elegant light patterns projected onto walls or architectural surfaces, adding depth, texture, and visual interest that elevates the look and feel of the ballroom.
Bubble Machine
Add a professional bubble machine to the dance floor or grand exit. These commercial grade machines deliver a large volume of bubbles perfect for any photo op you may want at any point in the party
Snow Machine
Bring winter to any place, any time, with this professional snow machine. It makes for some amazing photos for grand exits, selfie stations, photo booths, and any other application where you want to bring a special touch to a memorable occasion.
Ceremony Power
Sometimes, rustic weddings mean no electricity, or hundreds of feet of extension chords to get sound and music for your ceremony. Well, LionsRoad can make it easy to have your ceremony virtually anywhere, with this add-on. We can provide you with up to 70 minutes of electricity for sound and music, without the need for noisy generators. This add-on is required if your ceremony site is more than 200' from a working outlet.
Projection System
We can provide you with a projector, DVD player (or laptop connector, if requested), and a 100" screen. That is everything you need to entertain your guests with a slideshow at the location of your choice, during the reception or ceremony. Our recommendation is to loop the slideshow during dinner time, so that everyone has a chance to watch your slideshow at least once. When making the slideshow, it is best if you make a playable DVD without a menu, so that it loops automatically.
Slideshow Production
We will scan and edit all your pictures, and make a slideshow that you get to keep afterwards (as a youtube link or download). We recommend preparing 120 pictures, split into ~40: bride growing up, ~40: groom growing up and ~40: bride and groom together.
Custom Mashup
Are you preparing a surprise dance? Or would you like a custom grand intro song for each couple in the wedding party? We can help you prepare the custom songs put together at the right timing by our professional studio producers.

Premium Add-on Services
Some of our add-on services require a much larger involvement of time and man-power, so we have created a separate category for them, as "premium add-ons," to make it easier to quote or include in the packages. Here is a list:
Cold Sparks (Sparkulars)
This visual effect will blow your mind! It is all the magic of a sparkler exit (or entrance) with none of the risks of fireworks, or handing sparklers to drunk guests at the end of the night and hoping they don’t ruin your dress. These cold spark units work with a titanium powder that produces the visual effect of a spark fountain at only 60 degrees Fahrenheit. You can put paper, cloth, or even your hands on top of the fountain and not get burnt at all, which makes it even more magical. Your exit photos will look absolutely amazing with this effect. We recommend booking 3 pairs for the best effect possible.
Marquee Letters
These lighted marquee letters will be a great his with all your guests! Imagine these 5-foot tall letters, spelling "Love," "Mr & Mrs," your initials, or the word of your choice on the dance floor. We produce these in-house, so with enough time, we can make anything you can imagine to achieve an amazing effect at your event. These are also available for company events and private parties.
Dancing On The Clouds
Create the picture perfect for your first dance, or any of the formal dances with our “Dancing on Clouds” effect. A specialty fog machine creates low-lying fog from dry ice that fills the dance floor, and takes your first dance to a whole other level. Since we use dry ice for this effect, you don’t have to worry about sticky dance floors, or smoke detectors. The effect lasts for a couple songs, and dissipates without leaving a trace.
Confetti Cannon
There is nothing quite as magical as having confetti falling from the "sky" just at the right time, in the middle of the most fun dance song, or as the special touch on your grand exit! You will not regret having this "surprise" for your guests, and the pictures will be just amazing! By the way, we use larger and lighter confetti to make sure that we get the best effect, while not getting in trouble with the venue.
Classic Disco Ball
This is a very fun touch! Having a classic mirror/disco ball in the middle of the dance floor is a great way to set the tone of the reception towards a party vibe. It provides an intimate touch for slow dances, and enhances the lighting effects for the fast party songs
Intelligent Lights
Also known as "moving heads," these intelligent lights bring the party atmosphere to the next level. If you want to make the party portion of the evening into a club or music festival vibe, these lights are a must. The light beams from these fixtures look amazing with a little bit of haze, and the motion patterns available bring a level of production that every guest will enjoy. This kind of lighting is one of the most memorable experiences which enhance the music and auditory experiences of our services.
CO2 Cannons
Instant Party Energy!
Get ready for wow-worthy moments! Our CO₂ cannons deliver powerful blasts of cool fog right into the air, creating dramatic white plumes that light up the dance floor and electrify the crowd. It’s the same high-impact effect you see at concerts and clubs — perfect for big drops, grand entrances, and unforgettable celebrations!
Large TV on trussing
These large TVs can work alone or in tandem with large A/V setups to cover spaces where a projection screen may not fit, but we need to provide visual aspects to a segment of the audience. Projection systems need a certain amount of throw distance for the projector to fill the screen, but TVs are ideal for aplications where a smaller footprint is needed.

Most of the events we DJ can be described as classy with epic dance floors. As guests enter the ceremony, soft and romantic music is played. During cocktail hour, there is lively and upbeat music to put everyone in a good mood. During dinner, let's bring back Sinatra or the greatest love songs of all time. After the formalities, the atmosphere becomes lively and energetic (partly thanks to the sugar rush from the cake) as the volume is turned up and guests join in to dance like they haven't in ages. LED Dance Floors
Bring a fun element of decor and a mesmerizing effect to your party. Our LED dance floor cover an area as big as 20x20 or 400sqft. Rectangular sizes are also possible with the modular nature of our dance floors
Bistro / Edison Lights
Let us decorate your dance floor, ballroom, tent, or the area of your choice with bistro lighting! These are strands with bulbs that we install and breakdown for you. It doesn’t matter if there is a structure or not, we can make your reception or ceremony picture perfect with a vintage touch! A typical installation covers a 20’x20′ area, and it can be any shape or pattern.
Twinkle Lights
This may be the most magical of all our add-ons! We can bring a full canopy of twinkle lights to the area of your choice. These are best over the dance floor or the ceremony, but depending on your venue, we may be able to transform your whole reception area. Hanging florals pieces, decor pieces and/or lighting firtures in the right place sometimes requires rigging and trussing, depending on your venue and your layout. The VJ Experience
We can take DJ services to the next level by providing a video element to the songs being played through the turntables. Video DJs or VJs can provide the videos of the songs played during the party portion of the reception to generate a very fun and energetic vibe on the dance floor. Video Wall
Bring a visual element like none other to the DJ or VJ experience. Video walls make any A/V element pop and provide an impressive presentation to enhance any part of the timeline and show. Large Screen Projection System
For larger crowds and spaces, we can provide projection systems as big as 300 inches diagonally, which means 22 feet wide and 16 feet tall. Choose between our 150, 200 and 300'inch screens depending on the size of your event and the experience that you wish to provide for your guests.
Neon Signs
Let us create one of the most fun photo ops together. We can create a backdrop for your photobooth or selfie station with an LED neon sign spelling any words of your choice.
